1. Who we are

This policy applies to the softhubco.com.br website, operated by SoftHubCO, an IT consultancy headquartered in Uberlândia-MG, Brazil, with teams also in São Paulo-SP and Porto Alegre-RS. For anything related to this policy, contact us at comercial@softhubco.com.br.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data when you fill out the site's contact form: name, email, phone number (with country code and area code), and the content of the message you send. We do not collect this data through any other automatic means, the site does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.

3. What we use the data for

• Responding to your message and following up on the business contact;
• Understanding your needs and, when applicable, preparing a proposal;
• Keeping a record of the conversation for support purposes.

We do not use contact-form data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

This processing is based on your consent, given when you fill out and submit the form, and on SoftHubCO's legitimate interest in responding to contact requests, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

5. Sharing with third parties

The site loads fonts hosted by Google (Google Fonts). This sends your browser's IP address to Google when the page loads, under Google's own privacy policy. We do not share contact-form data with third parties, except when required by law or court order.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site does not use tracking, advertising, or behavioral-analytics cookies. The notice shown at the bottom of the screen exists only to inform you about this policy, and a small marker is saved locally in your browser (not on our servers) just to remember that you've already seen it.

7. How long we keep the data

Data submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterward, for as long as needed to comply with legal obligations or defend legal rights, where applicable. You may request deletion at any time, as described in section 8 below.

8. Your rights

Under LGPD, you may request at any time:

• Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data;
• Portability of your data to another provider;
• Deletion of data processed based on your consent;
• Information about who we share your data with;
• Withdrawal of consent, at any time.
